Good advice on pre-sale renovations and helped to coordinate contractors. He took care of bringing in the appropriate contractors to address issues arising from buyer’s inspection. He kept us informed of progress (we had already moved out of town). Very knowledgeable and professional while being very personable and pleasant to work with.
