The HomeHunter is search tool created to provide a superior real estate search experience for you. How specific can I be with my search parameter?
You may be extremely specific. The Advanced Search allows you to search the GLVMLS for almost every parameter that REALTORS use when search they search for listings for their clients. You can search for style, school district, area, price range, max days on the market, and more. The HomeHunter even has an Advanced Map Search allowing you to search a specific area from corner to corner . . . intersection to intersection. Why use HomeHunter instead of search portals?
HomeHunter is a direct feed from the Greater Lehigh Valley Multiple Listing Service. When a property is added to the MLS matching your search parameters, you receive an email. The details page of every listing will include all photos, extensive property details, market trends for the property zip code, school information and map with Walk Score. Market trend information include historical, current, and projected values for (1) Home Price Index, (2) Median Sales Price, (3) Median Listing Price and Days on Market.
